RETREAT SCHEDULE:
Saturday: Arrival from 9:00 a.m. for record. the activity begins at 10:00 h. We finish at 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: We start at 10:00 a.m. We finish the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
CONTRIBUTION: €117
Pasta and infusions will be served at breaks at no additional cost.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring light-colored and comfortable clothes to change into. slippers, socks...
Mat or protector for the floor, blanket and shawl. cushion and/or bench for meditation. Notebook and pen for notes.
