"Meditation makes you aware that you are Consciousness"

Why Meditation is So Important

For thousands of years people have used meditation to move beyond the mind's stressful thoughts and emotional disturbances, toward peace and clarity of present-moment awareness. The variety of meditation techniques,  are almost endless, but the essence of meditation is one:

The development and expansion of consciousness.

These are the most precious gifts of meditation, yet people are initially drawn to meditation for many different reasons. Some people start meditating because of some medical recommendation, seeking to obtain health benefits related to their blood pressure, stress reduction or to achieve having a restful sleep. Others approach meditation seeking relief from painful, scary, or angry thoughts that are constantly on their minds. And others approach meditation to achieve a greater understanding of  themselves or to improve their ability to concentrate.

It must be said that the purpose of the meditation depends on the meditator, but it is also true that anyone who meditates regularly receives profound benefits on all these levels, physical,_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_mental, emotional and spiritual.

These are just some of the benefits:

  • Relief of stress and anxiety (meditation mitigates the effects of the "fight or flight" response the decreased production of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline).

  • Decreased blood pressure and hypertension.

  • Decrease in cholesterol levels.

  • We get a more efficient use of the oxygen that is used by our body.

  • Increased production of the anti-aging hormone DHEA.

  • A restful sleep.

A major study conducted by Massachusetts General Hospital found that just eight weeks of meditation not only helped people feel calmer, but also produced changes in several areas of the brain , including growth in areas associated with memory, empathy, sense of self and stress regulation.

There is another type of meditation that could be called initiation, since it is an experienced teacher or guru who should teach it, since it contains techniques that make the entire natural evolutionary process of man accelerate dizzyingly. We can also call it scientific meditation, since its results are mathematical, and verified throughout history,  by pioneering beings who practiced in the investigation and evolution of human consciousness, the wise men or Rishis India, a place where more enlightened people have existed and will exist, thanks to knowledge and direct experimentation with Divinity.

The initiatory meditation (and here we include the LUMINIC YOGA protocols), give verifiable results in a short time, in the control of the mind and the expansion and evolution of consciousness; being able to transport the initiate to the summit: the Union with his Divinity. And this will always depend on the intensity in the practice of the neophyte, his quality of life, his faith and persistence in spiritual discipline, and the desire above all to experience the Divine in himself._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Meditation leads you to understand  experiment and express, that pure consciousness that constitutes the reflection or image of Divinity within you. Only when thoughts calm down with  initiatic meditation techniques (LUMINIC YOGA) and you concentrate exclusively on your Divinity, can you establish contact with Her. The first signs of the Divine response are peace or great joy in the heart, sometimes also its sound.

The Bible already says it "be still and know that I am God".

The Divinity that you are can only be experienced, (at first) in the stillness of meditation. God only lives in the Eternal Present, that is the key, to get out of the complexities of the mind: "presence". Live and exercise your mind to always be in the present.

LIGHT YOGA helps you with its protocols to experience the Divine Presence, and that it lasts and expresses it in your daily life, as something as natural as your breathing.

The Divine is as close to you as your thought and your feeling  allow it.

Scientific Meditation

meditate daily

Discipline does not mean something tedious or exhausting. Think that if the Creative Consciousness were not disciplined in its act of creation, for example with its cycles of Nature, the seasons, the years, the solar rhythms would not exist; the heart rate is somewhat repetitive, if not, what would it be of human and animal life.

By this I mean that discipline is always necessary to achieve something. Discipline is maintaining a constant rhythm, like a big heart that pumps impulses to carry the intention of the practice that we want to do, until the achievement of the objective.

I assure you that if you maintain the practice of LIGHT YOGA with a constant rhythm, with faith and determination, you will come to experience the Divinity within you. LIGHT YOGA is a mathematical formula that does not fail. without mixing with other techniques of course.

Dedicate a daily meeting to your Divinity

Of the twenty-four hours that our day lasts, we are not capable of dedicating at least one hour to meditation and having an encounter with the Divinity that lives within us, which is the creator and sustainer of the body we inhabit, of our conscience and our Soul?

The human being gets more and more entangled in trivial things, forgetting and ignoring the meaning of human existence: Realizing his Divinity.

Unconsciously man knows that he is divine; but consciously he has forgotten his true nature.

And what are we, what is the soul? the enlightened sages define the soul as: "Eternal Existence, Eternal Consciousness and Eternally Renewed Bliss, expressing itself individually. Just as the smallest drop of ocean water constitutes a tiny part of the ocean itself and possesses without exception all the properties of this, in the same way the soul contains all the qualities of the Divine".

Be still and practice daily your encounter with the  Divine, I assure you that if you do it with faith and true love,

it will appear and manifest within you when you least expect it. Then you will live an existence of constant happiness and fulfillment.

The greatest human ignorance is to forget the divinity that dwells in the heart of all beings.
